C#/.NET or Python. Microservices, DDD, event-driven architecture. Experience with mission-critical systems an advantage.

RAG, LLM integration, agent orchestration. Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases. Production AI, not notebooks.

Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability. Azure or AWS. SRE mindset.

Threat modeling, pen-testing, incident response. OWASP, Zero Trust, compliance (NIS2, DORA).

Test automation, observability, AI evals. Playwright, k6, OpenTelemetry.
