What data we process¶
Contact form¶
When you submit the contact form, we process: - First and last name - Email address - Phone number (if provided) - Message content
Purpose of processing: Responding to your enquiry and potential business communication. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to enquiries. Retention period: 3 years from last contact, after which data is deleted.
Analytics cookies¶
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyse traffic. We process anonymised data about: - Pages visited - Duration of visit - Device and browser type - Geographic area (country/city)
Purpose: Improving content and user experience. Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your rights¶
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — information about what data we process about you
- Rectification — updating inaccurate data
- Erasure — deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction of processing — temporary suspension of processing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data may be shared with: - Cloudflare — hosting and CDN (processor) - Google — traffic analytics (processor)
Security¶
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access to data is restricted to authorised persons, and systems are regularly audited.
Supervisory authority¶
If you believe that the processing of your data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
