We extend your team with our engineers. They work within your processes, with your tools, under your leadership. Ideal for long-term projects where you need capacity.
When: You have your own team and processes but lack capacity or specific expertise.
Time & Material (T&M)¶
You pay for time actually worked. Transparent reporting, flexible scope. Ideal for projects with evolving requirements.
When: Scope may change, you need flexibility, you have a product owner.
Fixed Price¶
A fixed price for a defined scope. Discovery → proposal → delivery. Clear milestones, clear budget.
When: You have a clearly defined scope, a fixed budget and a deadline.
Project Rescue¶
Project in trouble? We stabilize it, map the root causes and propose a way forward. Rapid assessment, pragmatic solution.
When: The project is delayed, quality has dropped, the team has fallen apart or the vendor has failed.
Transformation Program¶
Long-term partnership on digital transformation. Strategy → roadmap → delivery → operations. Months to years.
When: You need systemic change — modernization, cloud migration, AI adoption.
