Contact Form¶
When submitting the contact form, we process: - First and last name - Email address - Phone number (if provided) - Message content
Purpose of processing: Responding to your enquiry and any business communication. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to enquiries. Retention period: 3 years from last contact, after which data is deleted.
Analytics Cookies¶
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyse traffic. We process anonymised data about: - Pages visited - Duration of visit - Type of device and browser - Geographic area (country/city)
Purpose: Improving content and user experience. Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Security¶
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access to data is restricted to authorised persons and systems are regularly audited.
Supervisory Authority¶
If you believe that the processing of your data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
